Right of Withdrawal

Scope

Our offer is directed at business customers, who have no statutory right of withdrawal. Should you exceptionally order as a consumer under EU law, the following applies to you.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right, inform us (AUREX Global LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, support@aurex.llc) of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by email. Sending the notice before the period expires is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you pay us an amount proportionate to the services provided until you notified us of the withdrawal.
