Terms of Service

1. Scope and customers

These terms apply to all services that AUREX Global LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("AUREX") offers via aurex.marketing. The offer is directed exclusively at businesses, legal entities and self-employed professionals. By ordering you confirm that you act in the course of your business.

2. Contract formation

The presentation of services is an offer. The contract is formed when you complete the purchase in Stripe Checkout and Stripe confirms payment. You receive a confirmation by email.

3. Services

Consulting: video sessions of the booked duration, scheduled within five business days after onboarding.

Setup and management: building or running an ad account on the platform chosen at checkout. You pay ad spend to the platform yourself; it is not part of our fee. The management tier follows monthly ad spend; if the booked limit is exceeded on a lasting basis, we upgrade with you for the following month.

Content: delivery of the booked number of videos or visuals in the stated formats, with one revision round.

AUREX owes diligent work in line with industry practice, not a specific commercial result. Campaign results depend on platforms, market and your offer.

4. Cooperation

You provide timely access to ad accounts, tracking, websites and material and name a contact person. Delays on your side shift deadlines accordingly. You are responsible for the legality of your products, offers and supplied content.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are net in euros or US dollars plus any applicable taxes. One-time services are due on order. Subscriptions are charged monthly in advance via Stripe. Stripe issues invoices automatically.

6. Term and cancellation

Subscriptions run for one month and renew for one further month each unless cancelled by the end of the current billing period. Cancel in the Stripe customer portal or by email to support@aurex.llc. Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded. The right to terminate for cause remains unaffected.

7. Usage rights

Upon full payment you receive the unlimited right in time and territory to use delivered videos and visuals for your advertising. Raw footage and project files are not part of the contract.

8. Liability

AUREX is liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence AUREX is liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract and at most to the fees of the last twelve months. AUREX is not liable for suspensions or decisions of advertising platforms.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties treat each other’s trade secrets and account data confidentially. AUREX names you as a reference only with your consent.

10. Final provisions

The laws of the State of Wyoming, USA apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory provisions of the law at the customer’s seat remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Sheridan, Wyoming. Should a provision be invalid, the rest of the contract remains in force.
